At Katayama, we believe a picture frame to be art’s
reward. Our 28 year history in Northwest Portland represents
a quilt of full art services. The Katayama staff of 14
esteemed craftspeople culminates in 180 years of framing
experience, which includes wood carving and intricate
joining, gilding, frame restoration, plastic and metal
fabrication.
Our extended art care
with Murdoch Art Services incorporates on-site consultation,
excellent design, protection, restoration, installation
and shipping of fine artwork as well as the expertise of
a staff art photography specialist.

Art Services are housed in a 10,000 foot building at 2219
NW Raleigh. An on-site fine art gallery exhibits works
by noted local and national artists, distinctively framed
by our experienced artisans.
